{"id":9493,"date":"2024-02-22T12:29:52","date_gmt":"2024-02-22T12:29:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stagedev.our-gardens.com\/cherry-compote\/"},"modified":"2024-10-10T13:17:16","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T13:17:16","slug":"cherry-compote","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stagedev.our-gardens.com\/en\/cherry-compote\/","title":{"rendered":"Cherry compote"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><\/p><p style=\"font-size:16px\">It&#8217;s time to make use of the cherry compote too!  <\/p><p style=\"font-size:16px\">Here is a quick and easy recipe for cherry cake:<\/p><p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Products needed:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-size:16px\"><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-size:16px\">flour &#8211; 1 1\/2 tsp (200 g)   <br\/><\/li>\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\">butter &#8211; 200 g<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-size:16px\">bicarbonate of soda &#8211; 1 tsp.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-size:16px\">eggs &#8211; 5 pcs.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-size:16px\">powdered sugar &#8211; 200 g<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-size:16px\">cherries &#8211; 500 g drained<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-size:16px\">Limontuzu &#8211; 3 g (1\/2 tsp)<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Method of preparation<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-size:16px\">Allow the cherries to drain completely of excess liquid.<\/p><p style=\"font-size:16px\">Beat the soft butter until it becomes fluffy and add one by one the egg yolks, sugar, flour, bicarbonate of soda, lemon juice.<\/p><p style=\"font-size:16px\">Beat the egg whites into snow and fold gently into the other mixture.<\/p><p style=\"font-size:16px\">Grease a baking dish, arrange the cherries and pour the mixture on top.
